Really nice guy. Called about getting a key pad installed for my shop. Gave me great advise and ending up saving me a bunch of money.
Initially we were pleased to find a locksmith open on a Saturday, but that happiness quickly faded. We arrived to the business, located behind the owner's home, to be greeted by a gruff and unfriendly man. We quickly discovered that the owner lacked any sense of good or pleasant customer service. He complained about the type of keys that we brought him, as well as all other aspects of his life. He took forever to find the right key masters. Four keys and a key chain totaled $23, which included a $5 fee for a credit card (highway robbery). Three of the keys didn't work and the fourth works so-so. We absolutely will never go back to this business and certainly would not recommend.
Had a great experience with Oldtimers Lock and Key. I needed keys made for my Honda Motorcycle that were misplaced and he was able to look them up and make them off the ignition switch number. I was in and out in 20 minutes with new keys for a great price. Top Notch service and very knowledgeable with a really neat shop/business. I would recommend to anyone needing his services! Wow, what service! I called before they were open and the gentleman answered the phone and said he'd be right out! I was in the middle of nowhere and he promplty showed up! Two minutes later car is open and my Monday morning was saved! The price was great too! Can't thank you enough. You sir, have a life long customer!
Horrible experience! Called at 7pm about having a key made from mine that broke. It was an emergency situation to figure out what to do. Called and asked for a price the guy that answered overall seemed kinda odd anyhow he gave me his address which was his house and said to call when we were pulling up so he could meet us. I said we would if were on our way. We ended up finding a spare key we didn't know we had and not needing the service. I left in a hurry to get to a family thing I was late to and I get a call from him. I explained we didn't need the service and profusely apologized for forgetting to call back. He abruptly told me that I should be sorry and proceeded to be EXTREMELY rude! I have never received this bad of service from ANYONE who is a so called professional in this town. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there.
